Too dry or way too soupy. This version hits the sweet spot. Tender Yukon Golds, a silky cream sauce cooked with saut&eacute;ed leeks, and enough Gruy&egrave;re to make every bite worth it. The leeks give you a mild onion flavor without overpowering anything, which means the cheese still gets to shine.<\/p>\n<p>And yes, I know this is technically a side dish.
